Immediately after taking office in 2018, I headed a portal development team that managed the transactions of 5000+ personnel using technologies such as Aspnet MVC, Mssql, c#, RabbitMQ, etc.Using technologies such as web services, RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch, Jquery, SignalR, Ef Core, I developed an application that integrates with BTK, manages jobs with the Hangfire scheduled task manager, and is still running.I am currently developing an application with .Net Core 8.0 on the backend, where I manage identification with IdentityServer4, and on the front end, with Vue3 Typescript, where many operations of all police dogs in Turkey are managed.

In this unit, I worked with an oracle database with more than 1200 tables. Using Aspnet Web Forms, we developed the PBSNET application, which is used by all service class personnel working in police units nationally, with 20+ personnel. My role was mostly service integrations with external public institutions. Apart from PBSNET, I also developed a reporting tool using Devexpress Winforms. 1 million pages were printed with this tool.

A team of 6 people is currently working on our project developed with AspNet MVC 5 c#. It was developed by me from scratch and currently includes more than 20 modules. It was developed using MSSQL Database and we use ElasticSearch as NoSQL. Our project works effectively with SignalR, Jquery, Rest Api.

I carried out the integration work of all police officers in Turkey and all personnel in other service classes in the police force with the social security institution. I implemented web service integration with Ankara Metropolitan Municipality EGO bus company. I have developed many Web Services (Rest Api Json + JWT auth) within the framework of protocols for other public institutions.

I have been using AspNet Core 2.1 since I developed my first project. I am currently developing an application with version 8.0.
